Assistant Accountant  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform account payable functions

  • Support month-end closing and reconciliation

  • Assist in regulatory reports and tax filling

  • Assist in financial analysis and management accounts

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in large commercial corporates

  • Detailed minded and strong analytical skill

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Strong computer skills in MS Words and Excel

 

 

Network Engineer

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Configure and install various network devices and services (including but not limited to routers switches)

  • Perform maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hot fixes and security configurations to network devices

  • Monitor performance and ensure availability and reliability of network devices

  • Monitor network devices resource utilization, trending, and make capacity planning

  • Provide Level-2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues 

  • Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in accordance with company policies 

  • Liaise with vendors and other related personnel for problem resolution and project implementation 

  • Provide on-call technical support and night jobs when required 

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Networking or any other related field

  • Solid understanding of networking potocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)

  • Possesses CCNP or higher certification

  • 5 years of working experiences in relevant post

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools

  • Good command of Chinese/Cantonese and English (Putonghua is an advantage)

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

 

 

Data Center Operation Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first-line support for all users of the Company

  • Perform Daily and Monthly job sheet

  • Responsible for alarm monitoring of all system fault and escalatio

  • Handle service incident case

  • Perform healthy check on services to prevent incident

 

Requirements: 

  • Secondary School graduation or diploma/ degree in computer science

  • Working knowledge on Windows 7, Word, Excel, and Exchange e-mail client operation is required

  • Linux, Network, and Telecom basic skills is preferable

  • 7X24 rotate shift is required

 

 

Assistant Marketing Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate retention strategy and develop long term loyalty platform

  • Drive both internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of marketing programs and quality deliverables in business process

  • Plan the retention offer based on customer segmentation and financial analysis

  • Analyze and optimize the cost effectiveness of retention program

  • Manage customer communication channels and existing customer policy

 

Requirement: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience preferably in retention or customer marketing in telecom industry

  • Good knowledge in customer segmentation and profile analysis is definitely an advantage

  • Sensitive to figure, with strong analytical skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

 

 

Marketing Executive 

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle pre/post launch logistic planning and implementing of new marketing programs such as billing requirements, code management, program logistics and customer communication, etc.

  • Assist to design marketing programs / promotions in a cost effective manner

  • Liaise with internal and external parties for new programs development

  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns progress and effectiveness  

  • Prepare report and conduct analysis on marketing performance

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in telecom industry

  • Sensitive with figures and good at mathematics

  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated and independent

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese



Customer Service Manager

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the operation of customer service hotline & service activation team, ensure continue improvement on service quality

  • Monitor and review the service performance and control the compliance of working procedures 

  • Manage and ensure customer complaints being handled and resolved timely & effectively

  • Manage / plan the quality tracking activities and analyse the feedback to initiate improvement actions.

  • Identify service issue and reflect to appropriate parties for service improvement

  • Assist in any duty or hoc project that may be assigned in achieving the department’s goal

  • Regular overseas business travel is required


Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in any discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer services and hands-on experience in call centre operations is preferable

  • Strong communication and presentation skill

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin


 

Customer Service Executive

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist to monitor performance & quality of call centre,

  • Support team reports function,

  • Provide administrative support and perform internal coordination,

 

Requirements: 

  • Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience

  • Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and willing to work under pressure

 

 

Account Manager (Corporate Sales)

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Promote IT solution, mobile services and data products or other telecom services

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales services to the major business accounts for achieving sales target

  • Build up good relationship with account focal and top executives

  • Co-ordinate with different departments to maximize business growth

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduate or above

  • 3 years’ business sales experience, preferably in Telecom and IT industry

  • Knowledge of telecom products and services is an advantage

  • Proactive, self-motivated with commitment to achieve sales target

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is an advantage
