Assistant Accountant  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform account payable functions

  • Support month-end closing and reconciliation

  • Assist in regulatory reports and tax filling

  • Assist in financial analysis and management accounts

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in large commercial corporates

  • Detailed minded and strong analytical skill

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Strong computer skills in MS Words and Excel

 

 

Assistant Business Support Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support all sales channels for business growth

  • Provide the team administrative support

  • Perform the compliance audit and ensure the integrity in place

  • Coordinate with internal departments by providing advice on compliance requirement

 

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or above

  • Min. 2 year’s relevant working experience, preferably in telecom industry

  • Possess strong sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

   

 

Assistant Manager (Marketing Operation and Customer Retention)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the team of Marketing Operation & Telemarketing

  • Manage Churn / porting by segments and initiate preventive actions for the growth of customer bases and KPI achievement

  • Manage customer database / data warehouse and provide comprehensive figures / classification / analysis to user departments

  • Manage marketing research/ survey and gather market intelligence to support timely and effective strategy marketing planning and decision making

  • Closely monitor telemarketing performance KPI  and optimize the cost effectiveness of retention programs

  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure frontline and sales departments are kept informed of products feature / service details / competitive advantages.

  • Conduct effective product briefing and initiate product experience enhancement actions

  • Manage the billing system configuration and coding for new programs/ offers

 

Requirement:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience and 2 years in supervisory level

  • Good knowledge in customer segmentation and profile analysis is definitely an advantage

  • Sensitive to figure, with strong analytical skills

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer  

 

 

Customer Service Manager                                           

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of customer service hotline & service activation team, ensure continue improvement on service quality

  • Monitor and review the service performance and control the compliance of working procedures

  • Manage and ensure customer complaints being handled and resolved timely & effectively

  • Manage / plan the quality tracking activities and analyse the feedback to initiate improvement actions.

  • Identify service issue and reflect to appropriate parties for service improvement

  • Assist in any duty or hoc project that may be assigned in achieving the department’s goal

  • Regular overseas business travel is required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer services and hands-on experience in call centre operations is preferable

  • Strong communication and presentation skill

  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin

 

 

Marketing Executive

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle pre/post launch logistic planning and implementing of new marketing programs such as billing requirements, code management, program logistics and customer communication, etc.

  • Assist to design marketing programs / promotions in a cost effective manner

  • Liaise with internal and external parties for new programs development

  • Monitor and evaluate campaigns progress and effectiveness   

  • Prepare report and conduct analysis on marketing performance

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Business or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience preferably in telecom industry

  • Sensitive with figures and good at mathematics

  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated and independent

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

 

Marketing Executive (Marcom & PR)  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the action plans for various PR and corporate communication activities, both internal and external

  • Assist in social media planning, tactics and implementation

  • Responsible for copywriting of all marketing materials, including handbills, layout and press release/ media alert

  • Conduct news clipping on competitors and industry update news

  • Support marketing related report functions

  • Assist on ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirement:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication or related disciplines

  • Minimum 1 years of marketing experience preferable in telecommunication industry

  • Presentable, outgoing and proactive

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese


 

Application Support Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for second level support of business support systems

  • Perform excellent analysis, problem determination and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate to vendor and track status

  • Coordination and liaison with business support system vendors to resolve technical issues

  • Familiar with monitoring tools used for application monitoring and can define and interpret complex application alerts

  • Able to write monitoring scripts for application monitoring when required

  • Give timely response to incident tickets

  • Able to analyze the impact of system problems and maintain good communication with affected users

  • Review Unit Test/SIT system testing plans and testing results provided by system vendor

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in application support

  • SQL and Shell scripts knowledge is a must

  • Familiar with JAVA knowledge and Linux Operation System is an advantage

  • Prior work experience in telecommunication industry is an advantage

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese (Putonghua is an advantage)

 

 

IT Specialist  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with different business units to deliver IT infrastructure projects

  • Perform IT system installation, commissioning, and deployment

  • Perform monitoring/backup, configuration change,  capacity planning  and performance tuning of  server/database/network infrastructure

  • Attend emergency call and provide support and troubleshooting on infrastructure

  • Maintain site inventory list for IT infrastructure assets

  • Support incident and problem resolution in related to IT infrastructure

 

Requirements:  

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline with at least 2 years relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience in Linux/Windows Operating Systems,  and virtualization technology e.g. VMWare

  • Familiar with fundamental networking / distributed computing environment concepts; able to configure AD/ DNS / MS Exchange

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.

  • Good analytic skills

  • Willing to work in irregular schedule if required

 

Candidate possesses below requirements will be advantages:

  • Holder of Windows, Linux or Oracle/SQL database certification

  • Basic understanding of telecom / IT business environment

  • Knowledge in programming language e.g. PLSQL/SQL, shell script
